I've been using this service for several years and they have always made me a happy key puncher. No matter how wild my questions or problems, they have been patient , listened and either fixed or explained why it could not be. My tech has always been Jesse and although he has moved on to 'phone' probs, I trust JD to hire only the best. You will like them. 🙂

Jesse corrected the issues involved with printer recognition in short order.
He had a trainee with him and did a great job of explaining the steps to correct the problems. Jesse was very patient with me and is a very good teacher. I wish we had Jesse as our IT manager in our Corp HQ in California.

Good Service just could not figure t out

Had an issue I could not resolve with my desktop unit beginning on a Tuesday. Left messages with 2 separate companies touting their expertise. One never returned the call, the other was too busy to get to me for days. Called OSCR at 9:00 on that Friday and Matt was at my door just after 11:00. Determined within 10 minutes that my 9 year old hard-drive was failing but believed my data and records were recoverable. Provided me a price for a new solid state hard-drive and the time required to install, troubleshoot, and transfer data from the old drive. Informed me in advance that my office suite may not be transferable. Left with my computer and suggested it would probably be ready to reinstall on Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Tuesday to check status and was informed they had me on Wednesday schedule for 11:00 -1:00. Had a prior appointment so they moved me to 1:00-3:00. Matt arrived just after 1:00. Sure enough, my obsolete office suite could be reinstalled but only from the original disk which I did not possess. Purchased a new office suite from amazon and Matt downloaded and installed along with my printer and another devise. All other documents and thousands of photos had been recovered and transferred. Walked me thru the changes and answered questions. Had installed a link to their office should I have any issues during the warranty period they might be solvable remotely. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and highly recommend them and will use them again in a heartbeat should I have issues in the future.
